I came across this free WP (WordPress) template maker online.
The best part?
It’s FREE
It’s online
It’s got a real-time preview function
It’s compatible with WP 2.1 to 2.3
The downside:
The choices are limited
But if you’re creating a blog network and need to vary the designs or you’re a WP designer looking to create some really quick variations of a blog to sell or give away this could be perfect (please check the License first!)!

I just has to tell you about this because it’s so
…. so… weird.
Imagine getting your mail online.
No, not your email, your REAL, PHYSICAL, POSTAL mail.
This company:
http://www.earthclassmail.com
will scan your physical mail and send you an email when it arrives and send you the scan to your email.
You forward you physical mail to their facility in Beaverton, OR.
It’s the weirdest, most unlikely service I’ve ever seen online… who doesn’t love to open their own mail??? ‘-)
Well, I guess there are some people… especially small businesses who use the service to replace an ‘employee’ who would do the same thing… open and sort their mail and it’s a lot cheaper than paying a staffer.
It’s also a way for you guys in Asia or Europe or UK to have a US mailing address 
But it does open up the ‘idea gate’ and stretches the idea of what the ‘Internet’ can do…
Think of ways you can use the Internet to interface with some activity now that is totally OFFLINE.
It opens up some interesting possibilities

I think this is pretty neat…
According to basement.com, “This is why the Internet is cool. You can share an idea, and name that idea and if the idea is interesting enough, it can catch on. Next thing you know, the term “sketchcast” is showing up in over 320,000 Google results. I’m guessing there aren’t a lot of false positives in there because the term didn’t exist three months ago.”
Sketchcasting is a way to quickly illustrate your point using a web ‘whiteboard’ with sound… while you’re drawing your illustration you can also record yourself with a simple PC mic.
